The Citizenship and Co-Curricular Awards
Applications Open for 2018-19
The awards were launched in 2014 in recognition of leadership,
personal challenge, and work in the community. They are unique
because they allow a student in Year 7 to compete against a student
in Year 13 who provides evidence of pursuing personal interests,
challenges and a range of services in their own time.
How to Apply
Students can collect ratings and signatures (written on to the
forms) from their teachers/club leaders/ charity managers. Forms
are available from the Awards Co-coordinator, John-Paul
The awards are generously supported by Moore Stephens and
Quilter Cheviot Investment Management. The sponsors take part in
the judging with the Headmaster where students are able to develop
presentation and interview skills. In addition to being able to win
a Co-Curricular Tie there are a number of top awards:
An engraved gold medal and cash prize of £500 - to be split with
the charity/organisation of the winner's choice.
The three top Co-Curricular winners for Junior, Colt and Senior
receive an iQ voucher worth £150.
Winners of the four top awards will be entered on to the
Honours' Board in the main building.
