Are you a qualified Finance Manager with experience overseeing all aspects of financial management - from day‑to‑day budget control and robust financial reporting, to advising senior leaders and ensuring strong quality assurance across finance processes?
Victoria College is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of three and deliver an exceptional operational service to our staff, pupils and wider stakeholder community - all while contributing to a thriving academic environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant finance role at supervisory level (5‑year residency required)
- AAT, CAT or equivalent financial qualification
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing detailed financial reports
- Confident user of financial systems, spreadsheets and models
