UK Senior Maths Challenge success

Congratulations to Richard Taylor (12 Diarmid) who not only achieved the highest sixth form score in the recent UK Senior Mathematics Challenge, but also qualified for round 1 of the British Mathematical Olympiad.  We wish him all the best when he takes on the challenge on Friday December 1^st.

Congratulations are also due to the senior Mathematics Teams who achieved 1^st and 5^th place in the Channel Islands round of the UK Mathematics Trust Senior Team Challenge.  Mrs Johnson and Mr Clark are justly proud of the boys' efforts and we look forward to the boys competing in the National Finals in London on February 1^st.
