Physics

At Victoria College, Physics is taught by specialist teachers as one of the three sciences. The majority of the lessons take place in the three dedicated Physics labs. Students also have access to various IT labs around the College.

As always in Education there is change to the structure and content of courses but our task is to provide an insight into the role of Physics in the world as experienced by today's 11 to 18 year olds. Where possible, the subject is taught through experimentation.

The course ranges from the very small, atoms, to the very large, cosmology. The students revisit these ideas during the course, building on previous knowledge.
