Dunlop

This House bears the name of Julian Silver Strickland Dunlop, one of 8 sons of Dr. Andrew Dunlop, all of whom were at Victoria College.

He entered in 1886.  Later he joined the Army and served in India and Burma.  He was decorated for his services at the Delhi Durbar.  In 1914 he went to France with the lst South Staffordshire Regiment and was killed in action on 24th October 1914 whilst leading a charge.
