ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE LAST DAY OF THE SUMMER TERM FRIDAY 16TH JULY 2010
PLEASE REMIND BOYS NOT TO BRING BAGS TO COLLEGE ON THIS DAY
0830 - 0930 All go to Period 1 classrooms. Years 9, 10 & 12 leave any belongings and immediately go to the Great Hall for the Senior Prizegiving Assembly with subject teachers attending. Then return to period 1 until 0930.
0935 - 1035 All go to Period 2 classrooms. Years 7 & 8 leave any belongings and immediately go to the Great Hall for the Junior Prizegiving Assembly with subject teachers attending. Then return to period 2 until 1035.
1035 - 1055 Morning Break as normal
1055 - 1155 Period 3 as normal
1200 All go to Period 4 classrooms. At 1205, Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 leave any belongings and go to College Lawn for a Presentation Assembly.
1230 – 1330 Lunch
STAFF ON FRIDAY LUNCH DUTY, PLEASE SWAP OVER AT 1300
1330 Years 7 – 10 register with Tutors in Tutor Rooms Year 12 register with Tutors inside St Mark’s Church
1335 Years 7 & 8 Depart for St Mark’s Church
1340 Years 9 & 10 Depart for St Mark’s Church
Route to St Mark’s Church :
Tutors, Housemasters and Directors of Study please walk with your groups and assist with
Supervision Walk via the Top Gate, through the grounds of Beaulieu and then down
Wellington Hill to St Saviour’s Road. Cross over and walk towards the Hotel de France. Turn
left down St. Marks Road and then right into David Place. The church is on the right corner.
1400 Start of End of Year Service
1500 Final Dismissal by the Head Master
PLEASE NOTE:
1. There will be some disruption during the morning to allow for Prefects, Musicians, Choir and Readers to meet PJD, IS , MPE & GCB at the church for rehearsals.
2. Please keep lessons productive, no game playing or irrelevant videos etc
3. Please ask the boys to bring money for the collection during the service.
4. The Vestry procession will be Mr & Mrs Cook with the Executive Group and staff leavers.
